What is the size of the artwork?

The artwork to be submitted can be in two sizes – A4 or A3. .

A4 size is 210 × 297 millimetres or 21 x 29.7 centimetres or 8.27 × 11.69 inches.

A3 size is 297 x 420 millimeters or 29.7 x 42.0cm, 11.69 x 16.53 inches.

How to participate?

Step 1: Register yourself on this website, on or before 21- Sep 2022 midnight. .

Step 2: Select a topic from the above given list as per your age group.

Step 3: Take a clear picture of the drawing and submit in .jpg/jpeg/.png file format.

Step 4: Complete Sketching and colouring should be done by the participant only. Participant should take the video/photos of his painting from starting to ending in at least 5 stages.

After the completion of the sketch and then in the last the participant must hold the picture in his/her hand to visualize the whole picture clearly.

With the above pictures participant must prepare 1 to 2 minutes video using above clippings/photos..

Step 5: Your files can be submitted on this page on or before 18 Nov 2022, 8 PM. Final submission is a clear picture of the sketch and video prepared during the process of sketching and colouring.

Step 6: Winners will be announced on 4 Dec 2022 over a live event. They will be also published in BGIS blog and shared over relevant social media platforms.

Note: All the timings are according to INDIAN STANDARD TIME (IST).

Rules Of Competition:

The drawing must be relevant to the theme chosen.

The drawing must be an original composition and must not be taken from any website, blog, or online forum. If found with Plagiarism, this will immediately lead to disqualification of your participation.

All styles are welcome and encouraged, whatever you would have fun doing!

No offensive picture, action or words should be used in the drawing.

What medium can be used for the paintings or drawing?

You can use any medium of your choice. There is no restriction on the use of the medium. It could be regular pencils, coloured pencils, graphite pencils, charcoal, crayons, sketch pens, oil pastels, watercolours, acrylic colours, oil colours. The drawing, sketch or painting can be done on any paper - it could be the regular office stationery paper or drawing paper or any other surface suitable for drawing or painting. You can also use a canvas. You can submit digital art as well.

How to submit your entry to the Bhagavad Gita Art Competition contest?

The submission is online. This means that you will submit a scanned image or a good quality picture of your artwork along with all the relevant details such as the title of the artwork, size and a brief description about the artwork.Please do not send your original artworks to us, unless we ask for it. You will need to submit only the image.

How many entries can I submit to this competition?.

Each participant can submit only one entry. There are themes given under each age group. You have the freedom to choose any of the themes allotted to your age group only. You can find the allotted themes above.

What happens after I submit my entries?.

The jury of this competition wil shortlist entries from all the age-groups. The shortlisted entries will be published on our website as well as in our blog and social media pages.

कैसे भाग लें?

चरण 1: इस वेबसाइट पर 21- सितंबर 2022 की मध्यरात्रि को या उससे पहले अपना पंजीकरण कराएं।

चरण 2: अपने आयु वर्ग के अनुसार नीचे दी गई सूची में से एक विषय का चयन करें।

चरण 3: कलाकृति की स्पष्ट तस्वीर लें और .jpg/jpeg/.png फ़ाइल स्वरूप में सबमिट करें।

चरण 4: पूर्ण स्केचिंग और रंग केवल प्रतिभागी द्वारा ही किया जाना चाहिए। प्रतिभागी को कम से कम 5 चरणों में अपनी पेंटिंग का वीडियो/फोटो शुरू से लेकर अंत तक लेना चाहिए।

स्केच के पूरा होने के बाद और फिर आखिरी में प्रतिभागी को पूरी तस्वीर को स्पष्ट रूप से देखने के लिए चित्र को अपने हाथ में पकड़ना चाहिए।

कलाकृति के साथ प्रतिभागी को 1 से 2 मिनट का वीडियो तैयार करना होगा।

चरण 5: आपकी फाइलें इस पेज पर 18 नवंबर 2022, रात 8 बजे या उससे पहले जमा की जा सकती हैं। अंतिम सबमिशन स्केच की स्पष्ट तस्वीर होना चाहिए और स्केचिंग और रंग भरने की प्रक्रिया के दौरान तैयार किया गया वीडियो ।

चरण 6: विजेताओं की घोषणा 4 दिसंबर 2022 को एक लाइव इवेंट में की जाएगी। उन्हें बीजीआईएस ब्लॉग में भी प्रकाशित किया जाएगा और प्रासंगिक सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर साझा किया जाएगा।

नोट: सभी समय भारतीय मानक समय (आईएसटी) के अनुसार हैं।

सबमिशन ऑनलाइन है। इसका मतलब है कि आप सभी प्रासंगिक विवरण जैसे कलाकृति का शीर्षक, आकार और कलाकृति के बारे में एक संक्षिप्त विवरण के साथ एक स्कैन की गई छवि या अपनी कलाकृति की अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाली तस्वीर जमा करेंगे। कृपया अपनी मूल कलाकृतियां हमें तब तक न भेजें जब तक कि हम इसके लिए न कहें। आपको केवल इमेज सबमिट करनी होगी।
